Rachita holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, an MBA, and is a Certified Professional Event Manager. She facilitates courses on time management, spirituality, dating, business management, and work-life balance. An advocate for mothers and children with special needs, Rachita is also the author of the children's book "My Brother Quentin.

Passionate about community service, she volunteers with Hospice to advocate for the elderly. Tamara is the founder of Vytalit LLC, specializing in interior design, and Vytalit Solutions. She also co-hosts the "When Friends Wine" podcast, reflecting her love for wine and her long-standing friendship with Mom Pro Network founder Rachita Johnson. In her free time, Tamara enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
